Underwear Storage Bags

This project looked at creating underwear storage from eco-friendly materials.

These underwear storage bags can be used to easily separate out space in underwear drawers. They can also be hung in wardrobes for extra storage and on wash baskets to keep underwear separate. Like traditional wash bags they can also be put in the washing machine and dryer and then straight back into the drawer... with no missing socks!

These storage bags are made from recycled polypropylene (PP). Although not traditionally seen as an eco-friendly material polypropylene can be easily recycled with minimal loss of properties. Both the fabric and the mesh parts of the bags are made of PP and are heat welded together, which allows them to be recycled whole.
